Students who wish to live on campus for the Summer 2013 should submit to the Department
of Residential Living a Summer 2013 Residence Hall Agreement. The Residence Hall
Agreements are available and should be submitted no later than two weeks before the
start of the summer session that you plan to attend. Only students who are enrolled
in at least one course per summer session will be permitted to reside in summer housing.

Summer 2013 Residence Hall Agreement
Students will be notified of their room assignment upon check-in. All room assignments must be occupied by the “No-Show” deadline of 5:00 p.m. on the first day of classes in order to avoid their assignment being cancelled. If you will be arriving later than 5:00 p.m., please notify the Department of Residential Living at 828-227-7303. If an assignment is not occupied by 5:00 p.m. on the first day of classes and no arrangements for late arrival have been made, then the space is subject to reassignment.
Summer School Housing will be located in The Village. All assignments for summer school housing will be for double rooms.
Check-in and Check-out Times and Dates: The Village Commons Building
- First Session and Full Summer Session Check-in – Sunday, June 2, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. – midnight
- First Session check-out – Wednesday, July 3, 2013 by 5:00 p.m.
- Second Session Check-in – Thursday, July 4, 2013 from 10:00 a.m. – midnight
- Second Session and Full Summer Session Check-out – Monday, August 5, 2013 by 5:00 p.m.
