Biography
Lihua Xu is an assistant professor in educational research in the leadership program at Western Carolina University. She was a lecturer and coordinator of the statistics lab in the Department of Educational and Human Sciences for seven years at University of Central Florida. Her skills include secondary analysis of large scale dataset, instrument development and validation, factor analysis, structural equation modeling and applied statistics.
