Syllabus Statement

The Writing and Learning Commons (WaLC), located in BELK 207, provides free course tutoring, writing tutoring, Supplemental Instructionacademic skills consultations, international student consultations, and online writing resources for all students. To schedule appointments for any of these services, visit tutoring.wcu.edu or call 828-227-2274. The Mathematics and Computer Science Tutoring Center in 437 Stillwell provides free drop-in tutoring for mathematics courses and subject matter, weekly course-specific tutoring workshops for several 100-level math courses each semester, and graduate and professional exam preparation resources, visit mtc.wcu.edu or call 828-227-3830. Distance students and students taking classes at Biltmore Park are encouraged to use Brainfuse and the WaLC’s online resources.
