Senior Class Gift

Don't miss your chance to create one last memory before you graduate!

Celebrate your accomplishment by choosing to give back and joining us at the Senior Toast! Graduates who make a gift of their graduation year (ex. $20.18, $20.19, $20.20 etc.) will receive an invitation to the Senior Toast. Your senior gift will support the Catamounts Paying It Forward Scholarship - a scholarship started by students to assist other students.

What is the Senior Toast?

The Senior Toast is an exclusive event for Western Carolina's most generous seniors who made a class gift to WCU. Seniors will be able to pick up their commemorative glass and join WCU leaders to raise a non-alcoholic toast to their class! Light refreshments will be served at the event. Once you have made your gift, you will receive your event invitation through email. Please remember to RSVP for yourself and your two guests.

Why Should I Give?

When you make your senior gift, you make a statement and leave a legacy. You tell current and future Catamounts that you want them to have the same outstanding educational opportunities you had as a student, as well as show your pride as new alumni!

How Much Should I Give?

All gifts are greatly appreciated, but a minimum gift of your graduation year (ex. $20.18, $20.19, $20.20 etc.) gets you to the toast!

What are the benefits of making a Senior Class Gift?

Seniors who make a graduation gift will receive the following:

  • An invitation for you and two guests to attend the Senior Toast
  • A commemorative glass and professional photo taken
  • An opportunity to speak one-on-one with WCU leaders about current and future plans of the University, as well as how to stay connected as alumni

 May Graduates:

  • Make your gift today to celebrate the Senior Toast on May 11 from 3:00-4:00 p.m.
