EHRA Non-Faculty Performance Evaluation Policy

I. POLICY

It is the policy of Western Carolina University that a performance evaluation program exists for each EHRA non-faculty employee that includes the Chancellor’s direct reports.  The purpose of this program is to evaluate the individual employee’s work performance, link employee objectives to the University’s goals, and enhance communication and professional development.

Annually by July 1, supervisors shall review the overall performance of each EHRA non-faculty employee and submit the evaluation appraisal to the Office of Human Resources for reporting purposes.  Specific information about the University's performance evaluation programs is available at: https://secure.my.wcu.edu/division/AdminFinance/HRandPayroll/Pages/Performance-Management.aspx
