SACSCOC Reaffirmation of Accreditation

The 2017 Reaffirmation for Accreditation process is comprised of two major components:

  • The Compliance Certification – the institution conducts an analysis of its effectiveness relative to the Core Requirements, Comprehensive Standards, and Federal Requirements. The Compliance Certification will be reviewed by an off-site SACSCOC committee in November, 2016.
  • The Quality Enhancement Plan (QEP) – the institution develops a plan to guide its path for the next ten years, focusing on enhancing student learning and incorporating institutional strategic planning and assessment. The process of the Quality Enhancement Plan can be found here. The QEP will be reviewed by an on-site SACSCOC committee in spring, 2017.
