Our camps and programs are an economical way to keep kids entertained and engaged in learning during the summer.

Projects with Legos
August 10-14 / Rising 3rd - 5th graders / Day Camp
This camp is designed to improve students' special-visual abilities while incorporating some of the STEM curriculum items. The camp will also help campers connect science and math to real world problems in a fun environment. Students will be using Lego™ kits provided by the University.
Robotics with Legos
Multiple Sessions / Rising 5th - 7th graders / Day Camp
Students will explore the technology behind robotic technology while building and programming with LEGO building sets. These camps are designed for students who have an interest in learning more about the science and technology of robotics. Students will learn to build robots, program them and compete. Campers will also have an opportunity to visit the Kimmel School of Engineering and see the projects and technology there.
Robotics Engineering for Teens
July 27-31 Sessions / Rising 8th - 10th graders / Day Camp
Participants will learn the basics of engineering design and problem solving processes.
Rocket to Creativity - this summer camp is now full

Triple Arts - Musical Theater Intensive
July 5-19, 2015 / Residential Camp
Triple Arts is a unique musical theatre intensive designed to give aspiring performers, at any level, the opportunity to work directly with top industry professionals. It is founded by Broadway veterans, and current stars of the Tony-winning Broadway revival of 'PIPPIN,' Terrence Mann and Charlotte d'Amboise.
Step Back in Time Summer Day Camps
July 16, July 30, August 6 and August 20 / 8:30am-4:30pm / Day Camp
The WCU Mountain Heritage Center invites kids ages 9-11 to join them in a time traveling journey into our cultural past. Participants can choose any or all of 4 different days with unique activities each day. Cost is $25 per day. Lunch and snacks will be provided.
Catamount Adventure Camps

Basecamp Cullowhee and Continuing Education invites your son or daughter to experience the adventure of the outdoors this summer! Hiking, rock climbing, whitewater rafting, and kayaking (or Duckies for 3-5th graders).
Summer Symposium for the Marching Arts

High school students join the band directors of the WCU Pride of the Mountains Marching Band for a week of learning and fun. This camp fills quickly so register early at prideofthemountains.com.
