Vector-Borne Disease in North Carolina: What the REHS Professional Needs to Know

The Western Carolina University Environmental Health Sciences Program offers a free 5-hour continuing education course for Registered Environmental Health Specialists. Topics include epidemiology, ecology and assessment of mosquito-borne and tick-borne diseases and risk.  This course is specifically tailored for REHS professionals from the western NC region.  During this course, participants are engaged through both didactic and “hands-on” sessions.
