Eric received the Graduate Peer Service Award scholarship for the 2015-2016 Academic Year.
Congratulations Kim Knoppel! (2015 MHS Graduate - Health Education)
Kim recently received her national credential as a Certified Health Education Specialist (CHES). In August she was hired as Health Educator at the U.S. Army's Health Promotion and Wellness Center at Fort Stuart, Georgia.

Bernice recently received the Commission on Dietetic Registration Diversity Scholarship from the Academy of Nutrition and Dietetics Foundation.

Thomas is the President of A.V.E. "Assisted Vacations for Elders" in Asheville for patients with dementia and their caregivers.
Congratulations Melanie Batchelor! (MHS Student, Health Education)
Melanie recently achieved certification as a Diabetes Educator through the National Certification Board of Diabetes Eduators (NCBDE). Melanie is also a Registered Dietitian and Licensed Dietitian/Nutritionist and is employed as the Diabetes Educator and Wellness Coordinator at MedWest Regional Hospital.
