How to Access/Request this Service
Faculty and staff are assigned to a department and receive storage as part of their hiring process.
Requests for additional group folders may be made through the IT Help Desk.
We provide data storage and backup services to meet departmental data storage needs. This service includes user rights management and remote access. This service is sometimes referred to as Mercury or the H Drive.
1 GB per person
5 GB per department
On campus or through the Virtual Private Network (VPN)

Available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, with the exception of scheduled maintenance.
