8:30 – 10:00 REGISTRATION / INFORMATION FAIR | Ramsey Center
This is an opportunity to explore programs that interest you. Speak with faculty and staff about academic programs. The Information Fair is located around the Ramsey Center concourse.
10:00 – 10:30 WELCOME SESSION

10:45 – 11:30 ACADEMIC SESSIONS
Please review the list of departmental sessions that will provide a more in-depth look at programs offered at WCU! Please sit in the section listed for the department of your choice during the welcome session. An enTOURage tour guide will escort you to the department session.
11:30 – 12:30 TOUR OF CAMPUS & RESIDENCE HALLS
An enTOURage tour guide, following their departmental session, will guide students and guests through campus. The tours will include visiting Balsam, Scott, and Walker Residence Halls.
Students may redeem their lunch voucher at our Courtyard Dining Hall or University Center Food Court. Guests may purchase lunch at any dining location.
12:30 - 1:00 INFORMATION SESSION
Learn about Financial Aid and scholarships.
1:00 - 3:00 INFORMATION FAIR
This is an opportunity to explore student services and student involvement activities/organizations that may interest you. The Information Fair is located in the University Center Grandroom.
2:00 - 2:30 INFORMATION SESSION
Your Climb to WCU - Learn about the different Admissions paths offered.
2:30 - 3:00 INFORMATION SESSION
Academic Success Program - Learn about the program requirements and benefits.
1:00 - 4:00 RESIDENCE HALL TOURS
Explore the different residential options available for students. Balsam, Scott, and Walker residence halls will be open for guided tours during this time.
